The Government Affairs Committee serves as the chapter's voice on legislative, regulatory and policy matters affecting commercial real estate throughout the New York Metro area and at a national level.
Members stay informed on critical issues including land use, housing, taxation, infrastructure, economic development and regulatory reform. Through engagement with elected officials, policymakers and industry stakeholders, the committee helps ensure that the commercial real estate industry's perspective is represented where it matters most.
