One of the significant benefits of membership to CREDA is to have a collective voice representing the commercial real estate industry when addressing national, regional and local issues that impact economic development and/or the commercial real estate industry. Nationally we have an office in Washington D.C. staffed with lobbyists and professionals that regularly meet with our Senators and House members regarding such issues.
